The counseling staff at JFS consists of Master's Level Social Workers and Professional Counselors.

JFS' Counseling Services are:

	High Quality... Our expert therapists participate in on-going training, attending conferences and workshops in addition to regular on-site psychiatric consultations and case presentations.
	Confidential... Every effort is used to maintain your confidentiality.
	Affordable... Our sliding fee scale adjusts fees according to your income.  Additionally, fees for counseling services are often reimbursable by insurance.  JFS also accepts Medicare for services to people with Medicare.

JFS Social Workers and Counselors Specialize in a Wide Range of Problems, Including:

	anxiety, depression and other mood problems
	relationship and family conflicts; divorce
	adolescent issues, including behavior problems, mood disorders and attention deficit disorders
	issues arising from interfaith relationships
	bereavement
	case management for older adults and their families

JFS Offers Convenient Hours and Locations:

	services are available at our offices in Metairie, Uptown, Baton Rouge and Mandeville.
	open Monday through Friday.
	office hours from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Later hours available by appointment.
