Time commitment is one year, visiting your friend in their home every other week and calling your friend every other week.

LIFELINE AUTOALERT

JFS introduces Lifeline with AutoAlert

April 15 signals the launch of a revolutionary new technology from Philips Lifeline that offers subscribers an added layer of protection. Lifeline with AutoAlert is a medical alert service which incorporates advanced technology into a new pendant-style Help Button that can automatically place a call for help when a fall is detected—even when the subscriber can’t or won’t push the button.

After working with scientists and engineers from NASA for over 3 years.  Philips Lifeline has developed this new technology that uses multiple sensors to measure the velocity of a fall.  Because a fall can be detected within minutes–even if a button is not pressed–AutoAlert offers increased protection for people with a history of stroke, heart disease, dementia, and Alzheimer’s.
