Lifeline

Lifeline is a personal emergency response system that provides 24-hour access to emergency services. The system is easy to use and designed to reduce the risks of living alone. In the event of a fall or an emergency, help is available at the push of a button. The Lifeline Personal Help Button connects subscribers to a trained Personal Response Associate who can send help quickly. Lifeline follows a prescribed protocol of notifying pre-selected responders.

How Lifeline Works

• If you have an emergency or need help, push the Personal Help Button that is worn around your neck or wrist.
• Your Lifeline unit is activated and automatically dials the Lifeline Response Center.
• Trained Response Center associates who have instant access to your complete profile and critical information will connect with you immediately to see what help you need.
• Even if you can’t answer, Lifeline sends help at once.
• Whether it is a family member, neighbor, or ambulance, Lifeline will respond to your signal for help.

Why Lifeline?

• Lifeline is surprisingly affordable. You don’t have to buy anything or make a long-term commitment. You pay a low, one-time installation charge and one low monthly monitoring free for as long as you choose to use the service. A sliding-fee scale is available and based upon income.
