Girl Power
Girl Power is an eight-week group for girls aged eight to twelve that helps foster positive feelings of self-worth. There is also a Teen Girl Power group for girls ages thirteen to fifteen.

bullet Caregivers
In response to numerous requests, Jewish Family Service offers Yad b’Yad (Hand in Hand), a support group for caregivers.  The group is open to spouses caring for spouses, adult children caring for parents, and anyone else who is a caregiver.  Caregiver is a broad term and can include those caring for relatives in other states as well as those overseeing the care of local relatives.
bullet Interfaith Couples
The Interfaith Couples group is for couples who are dating, engaged, or married.
bullet Women Who Have Lost Their Mothers
This group is for women who have lost their mothers either recently or long ago.
bullet Survivors of Suicide
Survivors of Suicide is a support group to help those grieving a loss through suicide.   Anyone who has been affected by suicide is a survivor.
bullet Helping Children Through the Pain of Divorce
Helping Children Through the Pain of Divorce is actually two groups in one!  While the children attend a group to help them cope with their parents' divorce, the parents are welcome to attend a group of their own at no additional charge.
